1: Plan your layout
Using the online or in-store services from Bunnings or IKEA, plan the flatpack configuration and base cabinetry that works best for your space.

2: Choose your design
Select the colours, finishes, and textures that reflect your style - swap out the doors, drawers and panels in your flatpack plan with our custom made fronts.

3: Place your order
Once you've locked in your design, we'll take care of the details. Your custom doors are made to fit perfectly and delivered ready for the final step.

4: Time to flip
This is where it all comes together. Your new fronts are delivered to your site pre-drilled and ready to install.

FAQs
How best to plan my space?
The most cost effective solution is to use the planning services from Bunnings Kaboodle or IKEA which are free or very low cost. You can work out the right configuration for your space and will generate an item list that will help you work out what you need from Fliplab when you place your order.
What do I buy from IKEA or Bunnings?
Just the base cabinets (frames) along with hinges and any other internal hardware or accessories. Leave the doors, drawers and panels from your plan off your IKEA or Bunnings order (yes you can just order their base cabinets).
Where are the Fliplab fronts made?
We make to order right here in Australia using the highest quality Australian made materials from brands such as Laminex and Polytec. We use sustainably sourced, Australian grown timber products in our doors, drawers and panels to ensure your Fliplab doors are built to last.
How long does it take to make Fliplab fronts?
Allow 4 – 6 weeks for your Fliplab order to be made.

Do you provide samples?
Yes you can order samples here. We provide up to 8 samples free of charge!

Do you offer installation?
No we keep our prices low by offering supply only. You can find installers by googling “flatpack installation” or use Hipages or Airtasker. Contact us for a list of installers.
Do the Fliplab items come pre-drilled?
Fliplab doors come with hinge cups pre-drilled to fit Kaboodle and IKEA hinges. Our drawer panels aren't pre-drilled to allow for different drawer system upgrades to be used. This also enables your installer to adjust the drawers to site conditions to get the best alignment.
Can you make custom sizes?
Yes we can make sizes to reface existing cabinets or to suit other cabinetry systems. Click here to enquire about custom orders.
What about benchtops?
Fliplab doesn’t offer benchtops as most of our customers prefer to choose stone or porcelain for benchtops. These need to be sourced from a licensed Stonemason. Bunnings and IKEA also offer a range of affordable benchtop options.

What is your Returns and Warranty policy?
Because every item is made to order to suit your project there is no refund or exchange for change of mind or other reasons. We will of course replace any faulty or damaged goods that are the fault of Fliplab or our delivery partners. We also offer a 7 year warranty click here for details.
